Blood Dupre is the head of the Hatter mansion and the Hatter Mafia. He is arrogant and charming. He seems to care about Alice only because she is "interesting". He is attracted to her physically. There seems to be some sort of connection between him and Vivaldi. At first it seems as if he and Vivaldi are in some kind of romantic relationship, but when Alice mentions the idea that Vivaldi was his lover he quicky tells her that Vivaldi is not his lover.
