A "No-neck" Youkai and one of Rikuo's demon guardians. He fights using thread that entangles you the more you struggle, made from Kejourou's personality and Jorougumo's restriants.
He used to go by the name 'Joushuu No Gentsatsushi Kubinashi' (Lit. String Assassin of Hitachi Province) and is strong enough to restrain Toono youkai easily using his "Black string" technique.
