Ingo and his brother debuted at the end of BW047: Beheeyem, Duosion, and the Dream Thief!. They were monitoring the strange activity in the subway and noticed something was wrong. In BW048, they met Ash, Iris, and Cilan when the subway stopped, and the gang realized that their Pokemon was stolen from the Pokemon Center, Emmet and Ingo decided to help get the Pokemon back, and they defeated Team Rocket and got the gang's Pokemon back.
